At Volé(e) we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds to your original payment method, we’re happy to provide store credit or an exchange for any eligible items. Please read the details of our policy below:
- Eligibility for Store Credit or Exchange:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.
- Items purchased on final sale, during promotions, or with a discount are not eligible for returns, store credit, or exchanges.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- waist beads, socks, and yoga mats
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return for store credit or exchange, contact our customer service team at voleeactive@gmail.com for assistance.
- Provide your order number, email address, and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your items.
- Store Credit:
- If your return is approved, we will issue you store credit equal to the value of the returned items (excluding shipping fees).
- Store credit will be provided in the form of a unique code, which can be used toward future purchases on our website.
- Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any item available for purchase on our website.
- Exchanges:
- If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for store credit.
- Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, you will receive store credit instead.
- Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 5 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue by issuing store credit or processing an exchange.
